Arrivals. Come in, settle in, and find your people.
Friday, SeptemberSept. 11, 2026 ยท Portland, Oregon
A whimsical celestial garden wedding at home, in the yard, with food, feelings, fancy outfits, and people we love.
A quick note
We are sorry we are behind on wedding info.
We had to say goodbye to our beloved Chairman Meow, then went straight into moving while Spencer has been changing jobs. The new house has a lot more problems than we anticipated, but it is the location for the wedding and the yard is magical.
The address is 200 NE 160th Ave, Portland, Oregon 97230.
Timing
Arrivals. Come in, settle in, and find your people.
The ceremony will begin at approximately 6:00 PM.
Dress Code
Come as formal, fancy, and extravagant as you can while still being comfortable outside and in the grass.
Probably do not wear heels, but if you want the challenge, go ahead witcha bad self! Fall temperatures can swing wildly: it could be a 90-degree day and a 40-degree evening, so bring whatever layers you need.
Ultimately, wear clothes you feel your very best in. Please do not make us feel embarrassed that we're so dressed up and y'all are in jeans.
RSVP
We want to know if you're coming. Please RSVP if you're able to attend, and let us know whether you'll be bringing a guest.
Just message one of us directly by August 1 so we can plan for you.
Food
We are most likely having our friends cater Mexican food.
We will try to make sure things are vegan and gluten free, with options for everyone. Please text us your dietary restrictions.
Travel
McMenamins Edgefield is nearby and very cute. It has a spa, soaking pool, restaurants, bars, gardens, and enough weird little corners to wander through. Sadly, Edgefield is currently booked, and the only room type still available there is the Men's Hostel.
There are also a lot reasonably priced hotels close to the house. Staying nearby will make the whole night easier, especially after food, feelings, fancy outfits, and wedding chaos.
Browse nearby hotels.
If hotels are out of the question, please talk to us. We have a secluded old-growth forest situation in the backyard that feels like a tiny campground. We will also have some mix of couch space, floor space, and even a driveway for car camping. Whatever gets you here will work.
Gifts
So many loved ones are traveling for this wedding, and that already means the world to us.
So please, no gifts. Your company is the gift.
Transit
We live right off the MAX Blue Line, so staying elsewhere in Portland and taking transit is a real option.
The closest stop is E 162nd Ave MAX Station. E 148th Ave is also nearby. Adult fare is $2.80 for 2.5 hours, or $5.60 max in a day. Tap a phone, contactless card, Hop card, or Hop ticket before boarding.
We may be able to have folks already on the ground pick up people flying in. Otherwise, a cab ride from the airport to McMenamins Edgefield is about $55, and to our house should be a bit less.
